In our e-commerce platform, your shipment will be processed in the order that was placed. The system will post the status of your shipment as soon as it leaves our warehouse, so you can track your order. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will be notified via email and SMS, along with information on when your order will be dispatched, and when it will arrive at your address.
Orders are dispatched from Australia, and we use Australia Post for all deliveries. You will receive tracking and delivery information at the email address you provided at the time of purchase. If the email is not receiving, please check your junk/spam folder.
How can I track my package?
To track your order, click on “My Orders” from the “Inventory” section of the website and select “Order Details”. In the “Order Information” section, select “Delivery”, and follow the instructions.
How long will my order take to be dispatched?
